Shipping policy

Import duties and taxes — please read before ordering

Coqlico does not collect VAT, sales tax, import duties or customs fees at checkout for orders shipped outside Lebanon. Prices and shipping charges on our website exclude these charges.
Any import duties, VAT, sales taxes and clearance fees in your country are payable by you, the recipient, to DHL or your customs authority when your parcel is cleared. DHL will contact you before delivery to arrange payment; delivery cannot be completed until they are paid. Parcels refused or abandoned because charges were not paid cannot be refunded.

Processing time

Every piece is made to order. Orders are processed within 10–15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before dispatch.

International shipping — DHL Express

International orders ship with DHL Express, fully tracked. The shipping price is calculated at checkout from your destination and the total weight of your order.

We currently ship to: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Jordan, the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Monaco, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Ireland, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Greece and Cyprus. For any other destination, write to us at hello@coqlico.co.

Indicative DHL Express transit times after dispatch: GCC 2–3 business days · Europe 2–4 business days · North America 3–5 business days. Customs clearance can add time.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery by WhatsApp on +961 81 179817. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange the shipping of replacement items.
